Paul Owen
President
With over forty years of experience, Mr. Owen has been an advisor, consultant (Health and Beauty, Finance & Investment, Management and Services) Entomologist, Hotel Administrator, and Expert Witness. Recently, Mr. Owen has ventured into educational and cultural exchange programs, 3D movie distribution, commodities trading, Quartz related products, consulting services, alongside his expertise in the health and skin care industry. He has also been featured several times on the radio, television, journals and magazines. Along with a team of expert developers and researchers from Super Growth International Group, Mr. Owen developed a number of health supplements, skin care, intimacy/passion and specialty products. Some of Mr. Owen’s accomplishments and achievements include being the Founder and President of SEPE, Founder and Honorary President of Federation of Asian and Oceania Pest Management Associations FAOPMA and Hong Kong Pest Control Association, “Ship Fumigation Guidance” for the Hong Kong Government, Advisor/Director of the Asian Division in Terminix, Professor and Lecturer of Taylor’s College, Executive Vice-President (Pacific Rim Region) of InterCapital Investment Corporation, Marketing Manager of Bayer China Company Limited and helped successfully launch the Bayon Insecticidal, Aerosols and other consumer products, Director of Pacific Directions (Non-Profit). Currently, Paul Owen continues his efforts with Super Growth International Inc. and Cowen Enterprise, Inc while overseeing numerous other organizations.

Tommy Leung
Vice President & Secretary
Tommy Leung is currently the Project Development Director of Singpoli Group with primary responsibility to conduct
in-depth analysis and evaluation of all commercial real estate acquisition and development projects developed by the Singpoli Group of companies. Tommy has also been involved in the structuring, financing and development of real estate joint ventures in the past five years.
Prior to joining Singpoli Group, Tommy spent 30 years in corporate, commercial and trade banking with various financial institutions such as American Express Bank, Comerica Bank, Development Bank of Singapore, East West
Bank and Bank of East Asia USA.
Tommy has M.A. degree in Economics from SUNY Binghamton and a B.A. degree in Accounting from Queens College, CUNY.
Albert Leung

Maureen Chen

Ms. Chen has lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years and graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with BS in Computer Science. She is the co-founder of Dynalink Systems Inc., JMC Netlink, and PEC Global LLC, she has spent over 20 years in international logistics and software. Currently, she serves as a consultant for US/China trade. Ms. Chen credits her
open mindedness towards multi-cultural influences for supporting her career as an industry leader. Some of her recognition by the mainstream include Dynalink Systems Inc. being honored by Inc 500 magazine as one of America’s fastest growing companies and one of the Top 100 fastest growing private companies in Los Angeles for five consecutive years. I was also named one of the 100 Top Largest Minority and Women-- Owned Businesses in Los Angeles County by the Los Angeles JOC from 2003-2007.
Besides SEPE, Ms. Chen serves as board director of Southern California Dance Theatre. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghai dialect.

John Chan
Public Relations director
Mr. Chan has a wide array of experience in several business and legal ventures. He currently serves as Chief Operations Officer of ALL L Electrical Supply, Inc. There, he serves as an integral member of the senior management team, being responsible for the development of the company management strategy and contributing to the development of the company’s strategic goals. He is also in charge of implementing sophisticated policies and procedures in the operational realms. Mr. Chan has quite of bit of operational experience behind him and a great track record of creative problem solving and change management to join in a high-growth, mission-driven company.
Previously, Mr. Chan was Chief Executive Officer of Vineyards International. As CEO he performed business, marketing, strategic planning and successfully established major accounts with wine companies throughout the United States. He also managed
over 25 employees which including sales representatives, warehouse workers, in-house accountants, and administrative clerks.
Mr. Chan also served as CEO to Artline Advanced Technology. He oversaw business operations, managed marketing and sales, and
strategically planned GSM cellular handsets. He managed assembly and manufacturing plants in China.
Having also experience in law, Mr Can served as a mediator to the Los Angeles Superior Court. He completed over 300 cases in Business, Personal Injuries, and Family Disputes and successfully negotiated settlements over 60 percent of the cases. There, he administrated and manage cases with attorneys.
